Our pricing model has two components:

  • Service Fee: A fixed charge per transaction (ranging from KES 2 to KES 10 depending on your plan)
  • Commission Rate: A percentage of each transaction value (ranging from 3% to 7% depending on your plan)

For example, if you're on the Standard plan (KES 5 service fee, 5% commission) and sell a KES 1,000 ticket, the fee would be KES 5 (service fee) + KES 50 (commission) = KES 55 total.

All rates are guaranteed to remain fixed for the entire month, providing you with predictable costs and transparent pricing.

Unlike other platforms that might adjust rates based on demand or during peak periods, we guarantee that your service fees and commission rates will remain constant throughout the entire month.

This means:

  • No surprise fee increases during high-demand periods
  • No mid-month rate changes regardless of transaction volume
  • Predictable costs that help you plan your event pricing with confidence

Rate changes only occur between months and with advance notice, never during an active month.

Selecting the right plan depends on your event size, ticket pricing, and transaction volume:

  • Basic Plan (KES 10 fee, 7% commission): Best for small events with lower transaction volumes, where advanced features aren't needed.
  • Standard Plan (KES 5 fee, 5% commission): Our most popular option, ideal for mid-sized events and businesses with moderate transaction volumes.
  • Premium Plan (KES 2 fee, 3% commission): Best for large venues and high-volume events where lower per-transaction rates provide significant savings.

Yes, you can change plans monthly. Due to our monthly locked rates policy, plan changes take effect at the start of the next month.

To switch plans:

  • Log in to your dashboard and select "Change Plan" from your account settings
  • Submit your request at least 3 business days before the end of the current month
  • Your new rates will take effect on the 1st day of the next month

This monthly switching structure ensures pricing transparency and prevents confusion about which rates apply to which transactions.

We believe in full transparency, so the service fee and commission rate are the only fees we charge for standard transactions. However, there are a few scenarios where additional costs might apply:

  • Payment Processing: Standard payment processing fees from providers like M-Pesa, credit cards, or bank transfers will apply (typically 1-3% depending on the payment method)
  • Currency Conversion: If your events collect payments in currencies other than KES, standard forex conversion rates will apply
  • Premium Add-ons: Optional premium features beyond those included in your plan

All potential additional costs will be clearly communicated before you incur them. No hidden fees or surprise charges.

  • 15% reduction on standard commission rates
  • Reduced service fees (up to 50% off depending on the organization)
